Qualified Accountant

Australia
From $60000 - $90000

You are an Accountant with at least 2 years experience, who has either completed their CA/CPA or is currently studying to achieve this.

Several roles are available within prestigious Brisbane and Sydney firms for Accountants who have experience in the areas of:

• Tax Consultation
• Audit
• Forensic & Insolvency Accounting
• Financial Planning
• Superannuation
• Corporate & Business Advisory

There are positions in these areas available for all levels of experience.

You will be responsible for evaluating credit risk, making recommendations on new accounts and maintaining a smooth functioning credit portfolio.

Other duties include:

• Supplying responsive process effective services to customers
• Reviewing delinquent accounts on a regular basis to determine root causes
• You will have knowledge of accounting principles as well as credit and collection procedures and credit risk. Also essential is strong problem solving and financial analysis skills.

Excellent remuneration (based on experience) is on offer.

The purpose of this role is to generate cash flow by ensuring debtors accounts are paid to terms and to implement risk management practices to minimise the profit impact of bad debts.

Additionally, your responsibilities will also include such duties as:

• Dealing with client enquires
• Credit claims and disputed accounts
• Authorising requests for financial adjustments

In order to be successful in this position you will need to have:

• Demonstrated credit/collections experience
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• A desire to succeed & meet challenges head on
