Advice on
Visas & Migration

UK Immigration:

Over the last 2 years we saw the biggest changes in the UK Immigration system for over 40 years. The aim was to simplify the system and make the process more transparent. A new 5 Tier system was introduced to replace the visas for the economic migration group including the student visa group. Small changes were made to the settlement group of visas i.e. spousal visas and EEA Family Visas. South Africans were largely affected by the changes to the Two Year Working Holiday Visa, now changed to the Youth Mobility Scheme.
